Dial-A-Baklava is the main fund-raising event for the Philoptochos Society at Assumption Church, held every year in the fall. The group bakes and sells a variety of authentic Greek food: Cheese appetizer triangles, Greek-style hand- rolled meatballs, spinach pies, and baklava.   All labor and some of the ingredients are donated. The raised funds support a variety of Philanthropic causes including: American Red Cross, St. Basil Academy, Wisconsin Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, The Grace Episcopal Drop-in Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, Hellenic College and Holy Cross Seminary, and International Orthodox Christian Charities.
